My experience at BNA 2025 in Liverpool was deeply inspiring. Being surrounded by leading neuroscientists, students, and innovators reminded me how much I love this field. The talks, posters, and discussions expanded my perspective, especially around brain–body integration, consciousness, and therapeutic applications. I left feeling energised, aligned with my path, and motivated to continue bridging neuroscience with music therapy and holistic healing.
